I feel it's a bit rare that I read judges which substantially seem to "get" tech. Lots of credit to Judge Mehta.
And I'm not just cheering the verdict. There are very subtle points here, like the fact that a majority (63%) of young people use TikTok as their primary search site - but that fact doesn't make TikTok a general search engine.
The practical usage of technology is nuanced. It makes me happy to see a judge fairly grasp it all.
